Reporting to President of Fulfillment, this position is responsible to successfully manage the daily client functions ensuring timely and professional responses to account specific deliverables and services.  The Account Coordinator is accountable for working with the Account Manager ensure all budget, gross margin, billing, utilization and account attrition and retention goals are achieved. 

Additional responsibilities include performance management and overseeing appropriate tracking mechanisms to report account activity to the client as well as generate accurate and timely billings, reviewing and and determining appropriate staffing requirements, and ensuring the delivery of all client contractual obligations with the objective of meeting or exceeding expectations.

Manage Client Relationship

  • Work with the Account Manager to maintain successful delivery of client contractual obligations through building and maintaining the client relationship through the delivery of all account contractual obligations with the objective of meeting or exceeding expectations and capturing demonstrable value.
  • Develop and ensure delivery of client contractual deliverables and services;
  • Ensure all service levels meet or exceeded and guaranteed standards agreed to with the client;
  • Ensure issues are handled and performance expectations are exceeded;
  • Create and perform quarterly reviews and analysis with the assigned Account Manager and client;
  • Identify, document and embed in the account/organizational process the accounts explicit and implicit requirements and measurably demonstrate performance against requirements to capture account credit;
  • Identify areas of opportunity for increased sales or service solutions to clients to help drive the overall organizational strategic plan;
  • Work with the Account Manager to proactively identify and implement people, processes or technology improvements which build trust from current Key Accounts, advance the growth of current Key Accounts or assist in the sales of new accounts.


  • Track billable functions and help the Account Manager prepare monthly billing and invoicing;
  • Work with the Account Manager to administer the account's annual budget;
  • Work with the Account Manager to forecast and attain monthly and annual sales goals, and profitability to budget;
  • Work with the Account Manager on cost centre reports and costs associated with the account and its operation;

 Account Management Support

  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure the program quality metrics are met and the account meets or exceeds contractual obligations on a weekly and monthly basis.  
  • Work with the account manager to ensure all financial metrics are achieved, both revenue and GM
  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure product floor staff is utilized in order to meet or exceed gross margin on a daily basis.

 Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • 1-3 years of in an administrative support role
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (is preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with client at all levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively work in a team environment for goal achievement;
  • Proven ability to work with large groups of people and highly developed team building and motivational skills;
  • Proven ability to proactively pursue innovative approaches to improve new sales and value capture for existing accounts;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment;
  • Some travel to customer locations may be required.
